'Beth has helped me with a variety of issues including an acutely painful frozen shoulder. It had been stubbornly refusing to improve and the lack of sleep and stress that goes with pain were building up. Not much fun. But Beth worked wonders and within a couple of visits I had mobility back and no pain. Yay!

It's Beth's ability to gently mine the underlying causes that is the most helpful and which has the biggest ongoing impact on the healing process. I'd never experienced kinesi before that  and knew very little about it, but it's brilliant - sort of calming and energising at the same time. I feel renewed after a treatment.'
